Frequently asked Questions

Does my vehicle come with a driver?

Yes, all of our quotes are inclusive of the Coach and Driver.

How many seats does my vehicle have?

The coach will have enough seats to fulfil your needs based on your request. We can provide further details and images of the coach if needed.

How do I pay for my booking?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, alternitivley we can accept bank transfers, details are avaialble on request.

How much deposit is needed?

We require a 15% deposit to secure your booking, this may vary if the trip is outside of the UK.

When is the remaining balance due?

Full payment is due 14 days before the date of travel.

How can I find out who the Coach Operator is?

Once a booking is made the operator details will be emailed to you instantly.

Can we drink alcohol on the coach?

Consuming alcohol for sporting events is legally prohibited, any other occasion is at the Operators discretion.

How do I know if the coach has a toilet?

Coaches over 49 seats will generally have a WC facility. We can provide a toilet on other sized vehicles on request.

Do I need to provide accommodation for the driver?

This all depends on the length of the trip, legally the driver can only drive for 10 hours a day, anything over 10 hours would likely require accommodation.

What kind of accommodation may I need to provide?

Nothing fancy, single occupancy 3 star hotel including breakfast.

Is parking included?

No, all prices are exclusive of parking and tolls unless otherwise stated.
